The indoor labyrinth is a seven circuit design.

Please walk in silence if others are present.

Guidelines: Before walking, spend a few minutes in silence.You can ask a question or set an intention for self or others. Become aware of your breaths. Find a comfortable pace.

Stages of the walk: 1. Walking in- a time for letting go the details of your life and releasing thoughts and emotions.

2. Entering the center- spend time listening to God. Receive inspiration and illumination.

3. Walking out- join with God to be a healing force in the world. Become strengthened for daily activities.

After the walk: You may journal about the experience, put together a collage or do art work to better understand your experience.
